Did you join our growing family of elves and Santas this year?

  1. We have hundreds of handmade, unique elf costumes that consist of either a hat and jumper, a hat with vest and pants, or a full Santa suit if you are a Santa!
  2. For anyone who gets assigned to a Santa Party, Hospital Shift or Bus shift is required to get fitted for a costume at our warehouse PRIOR to their shift.
  3. You are not taking the costume home with you. The costume will be ready with your name on it for your shift. It is required that everyone come to the warehouse before their shift, as it speeds up our process on our busy day-of operations
  4. Please wait until you have received your shift assignment confirmation email before attending a costume try-on – as the costume team will ask you which shift/bus/hospital route you are on, to assign a costume to you.
  5. If you’ve received a confirmation for a bus, hospital or Santa party shift, you can come to get a costume assigned!

Important: You must receive an email notification from us letting you know that you’ve been scheduled for a bus or hospital shift before attending one of the following.
