Volunteer Release

The volunteer expressly agrees that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the country of Canada. This Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the country of Canada. The Volunteer agrees that in the event that any clause of provision of the Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of contempt jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause of provision shall not be otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release, which shall continue to be enforceable. By agreeing to the Volunteer Release you are also consent to the following releases:

Liability Release

I hereby release The Magic of Christmas and any other sponsor, or organization, from any and all claims, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, for death, personal injury, bodily injury or illness, property damage of any kind whosoever caused, including any claim, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, arising from negligence of The Magic of Christmas, its agents, servants, or volunteers and of any person on site, arising out of, or in the course of, my participation in any event in which I choose to participate. This Release and Waiver extends all claims, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown and is binding upon all of my heirs, executors and properly appointed or recognized agents.

Photo Release

I further grant full permission to The Magic of Christmas and/or agents authorized by The Magic of Christmas, to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event, for any purpose.
